Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Jamshedpur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, organizational planning, and compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, the role involves managing training and development programs, designing HR policies, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The candidate will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, and HR compliance
• Skills in training, talent development, and performance management
• Proficiency in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) and experience in manufacturing or related industries are advantageous
