Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kundli. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment process, manage employee relations, and develop HR policies aligning with organizational goals. The role involves training and development initiatives, compliance with labor laws and regulations, and ensuring a positive workplace environment. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle performance management, payroll coordination, and serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all HR matters.

• Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and fostering Workplace Diversity
• Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policy Development
• Skills in Performance Management, Training, and Organizational Development
• Proficiency in Payroll Coordination and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
• Demonstrable leadership, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred)
• Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
