Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Other responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, conducting training, managing employee benefits, and ensuring overall workforce alignment with company goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR management role
