Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Mumbai at NEAT India. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff, planning and preparing meals, ensuring food quality and safety, and collaborating with the head chef to create innovative and nutritious dishes.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills, including food preparation and cooking techniques
• Knowledge of nutrition and ability to create healthy, balanced meals
• Experience in menu planning and food costing
• Team leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Experience in luxury dining or fine dining establishments
• Formal culinary training or certification
