Job Title: Business Development Manager – Luxury Health Food Services

Neat Meals is a premium, chef-led meal service company specializing in personalized, nutritious, and gourmet meals for elite clients including celebrities, business leaders, and wellness-focused individuals. With a focus on quality, precision, and discretion, we are redefining the luxury food service experience in India.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Lead Generation

• Identify and onboard new B2C clients (e.g., celebrities, athletes, HNIs) and B2B partners (fitness centers, clinics, production houses, wellness brands).
• Build a pipeline of high-value clients for subscription meals, chef-on-board services, and event catering.
• Develop tailored pitches and packages for corporate wellness tie-ups.

2. Relationship Management

• Act as the first point of contact for premium clientele; understand their goals and guide them through our offerings.
• Maintain ongoing relationships through consistent engagement, feedback collection, and upselling.
• Ensure exceptional client service and post-sale satisfaction.

3. Strategic Partnerships

• Collaborate with gyms, nutritionists, wellness clinics, and celebrity managers to expand referrals.
• Negotiate and formalize strategic alliances that boost the brand’s credibility and reach.

4. Brand & Market Development

• Represent Neat Meals at curated wellness events, film shoots, or culinary expos.
• Provide market feedback to leadership on emerging trends, client needs, and competitive movements.
• Coordinate with marketing for high-impact campaigns, luxury product launches, or influencer tie-ins.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in premium/luxury F&B, hospitality, or wellness.
• Strong network among high-net-worth individuals, fitness experts, or Mumbai’s entertainment ecosystem is a huge plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, or gourmet food is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or hospitality background preferred.
