Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Indore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role involves developing HR policies and ensuring their implementation, managing employee benefits programs, and maintaining HR records. The manager will also lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational culture in line with our mission of women's empowerment.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and managing employee benefits programs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the NGO sector is a plus
