Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and payroll administration. The role includes developing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team to support organizational goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management
• Proficiency in employee relations, payroll administration, and HR policy development
• Strong understanding of legal compliance and labor laws
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in HR or related field is a plus
• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Experience in the real estate sector is advantageous
