Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Indore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and managing employee relations. They will also handle HR policy development, ensure compliance with legal standards, manage employee benefits and payroll, and support talent development initiatives. Additionally, the role involves implementing HR strategies, conducting performance reviews, and leading workplace culture initiatives.

• Skills in HR Policy Development, Compliance, and Employee Benefits Management
• Proficiency in Payroll Management and Talent Development
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
