The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and payroll administration. The role includes developing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team to support organizational goals and strategies.
