Serve as a key advisor on employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring legal compliance. Performance Management & Reward Framework Manage the company's performance review processes, goal-setting frameworks, and feedback systems. Compliance, Risk Management & Team Member Safety Ensure company-wide compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including gaming and hospitality-specific regulations. Conduct internal audits and lead responses to regulatory inquiries or legal matters. Collaborate with Operations and Security teams to maintain a safe, respectful, and compliant work environment. Technology, Systems & Data-Driven HR Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of HRIS platforms and other HR technologies. Leverage HR analytics to guide workforce decisions, monitor KPIs, and identify areas for continuous improvement. Utilize technology to streamline HR processes, improve team member self-service tools, and enhance the HR team's efficiency. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across all HR systems and practices. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Assist the Corporate Director of Human Resources in mentoring and managing HR staff, providing leadership, coaching, and ongoing professional development. Act as a thought partner to department heads and senior leadership on all people-related decisions and initiatives. Represent HR on cross-functional teams, contributing to business planning, innovation, and operational effectiveness. Build strong relationships across all departments, ensuring the HR function is responsive, trusted, and embedded in the business. Skills / Experience Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required; a combination of education and significant relevant experience may be considered. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is preferred. Minimum 4-7 years of progressive human resources experience, ideally spanning multiple sectors such as gaming, hospitality, and digital/technology. Demonstrated ability to lead and execute across all core HR functions, including operations, compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development. Proven experience managing HR operations in multi-unit, guest-facing environments with 24/7 operational demands. Experience supporting gaming, hospitality, food & beverage, and digital or technical talent in fast-evolving work environments. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Deep knowledge of Nevada labor laws, employment standards, and gaming industry compliance requirements. Strong proficiency with HRIS platforms, data analysis, and HR reporting; able to use workforce metrics to inform decisions. High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information. Must have flexibility to support a 24/7 operation as needed. Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with gaming and hospitality regulatory standards. Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Gaming Registration Card. Must be able to submit to and pass a background check and drug test. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the casino and property. Must be able to move throughout all areas of the property, including back-of-house and public areas. Use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and radios as needed.
