Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at DECOFURN CONSTRUCTION, located in Nagpur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and regulations. Their day-to-day tasks will include managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, on-boarding new employees, developing and implementing HR strategies, and ensuring workplace safety and well-being. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle conflict resolution, training and development, and maintain employee records.

• Knowledge of HR Policies, Regulations, and Compliance
• Skills in Training and Development, Workplace Safety, and Employee Well-being
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
