Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Daryaganj, New Delhi for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies. HR manager with factory/plant experience is a must. The manager will also handle employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding
• HR manager with factory/plant experience is a must
• Skills in employee relations, salary management, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Proficiency in training and development, employee engagement, and HR policy formulation
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance issues, and HR best practices
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
