Human Resources Manager

As a dedicated in-house HR professional at our fast-growing eCommerce & manufacturing company in the gardening space with 80+ employees, your role will involve managing compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and engagement. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Narsinghpur. **Responsibilities:** - Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions. - Lead recruitment and onboarding for office staff and factory/warehouse workers. - Maintain attendance and leave systems. - Support and implement HR policies. - Conduct training sessions and employee engagement activities. - Prepare HR reports and maintain proper records. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. - 3-5 years of experience as HR Generalist/HR Officer. - Experience managing both white- and blue-collar employees. - Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory filings. - Good communication skills in Hindi & English. - Willingness to work full-time from Narsinghpur. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or eCommerce. - Strong conflict resolution and people-management skills.
