Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will develop and implement policies, manage training and development programs, and foster a positive work environment. Other responsibilities include handling payroll, supporting employee benefits programs, and ensuring the company’s culture aligns with its mission and values.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes
• Knowledge of labour laws, compliance regulations, and HR policies
• Proficiency in managing employee performance, training and development, and engagement initiatives
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
• Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proficiency with HR management software and tools
• Previous experience in a managerial HR role or a similar capacity
