Human Resources Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Planning:Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and support future growth.
• Recruitment and Selection:Oversee the entire process of attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates, including updating job descriptions.
• Training and Development:Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth.
• Compensation and Benefits:Design, administer, and manage employee compensation, benefits, and reward systems.
• Performance Management:Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide coaching, and manage the process for evaluating and improving employee performance.
• Employee Relations:Act as a bridge between management and employees, resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and nurturing a positive work environment.
• Policy and Compliance:Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures while ensuring full compliance with state and federal labor laws and regulations.
• Employee Engagement & Retention:Create and manage programs and initiatives to foster employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
• Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files and workplace safety information.
• Administrative Management:Oversee HR administrative tasks, create reports, and manage HR-related data.
• Leadership:Lead and mentor the HR team, supervising junior HR staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
