Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment processes, coordinating employee training and development programs, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks also include managing payroll and benefits, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR policies and procedures, recruitment, and employee relations
• Ability to coordinate training and development programs and manage performance evaluations
• Knowledge of labor law compliance, payroll management, and benefits administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the HVAC or related industry is a plus
