Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment processes, coordinating employee training and development programs, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks also include managing payroll and benefits, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. Qualifications Experience in HR policies and procedures, recruitment, and employee relations Ability to coordinate training and development programs and manage performance evaluations Knowledge of labor law compliance, payroll management, and benefits administration Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR management Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the HVAC or related industry is a plus
Qualification: B.E(Mechanical, BEE) , MBA (Sales Marketing) Candidates preferred with experience in Techno-Commercial Sales from the Following Industries: - Cooling Towers, Capital Equipment, Valves, Pumps, Water Treatment Equipment’s, Air Treatment Equipment’s Key Deliverables: 1. Sales Lead Generation through own Contacts Reference and Experience in the Industrial/Manufacturing Sector. 2. Preparation of quotations Proposals and share with client as per their requirements. 3. Pre-sales activities like Site review, Proposal sending, guide customer for right product. 4. Building positive relationship with customers. 5. Responsible for Targets Completion on weekly, monthly and yearly basis. 7. Technical Sales Experience. 8. MIS reporting Daily, Weekly monthly basis. 9. Closing deals, developing new accounts, ensuring repeat business from existing customers, and making a positive impact in a company. 10. Responsible for opening new accounts while understanding the needs of the customer and how to meet those needs. 11. Handle the business, and Solve technical problems.
