About the Role

Commercial Building

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales for HVAC products such as

  pumps, valves, chillers

  , and related systems.
• Build and nurture relationships with

  contractors, consultants, and key influencers

  .
• Identify new business opportunities within the

  commercial building ecosystem

  .
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets consistently.
• Collaborate with internal technical & operations teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications Required

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

  (mandatory).
• Strong technical understanding of

  Pumps, Valves, Chillers, and HVAC systems

  .
• Minimum

  2 to 10 years of experience in HVAC ( Commercial Building Segment) product sales only need to apply

• Proven exposure in the

  Commercial Building / HVAC–MEP industry

  .
• Established network with

  contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders

  in the Mumbai & West region.
• Ability to read and interpret

  MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications

  (preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (added advantage).
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with client-facing roles.
