Role Overview

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and selection processes to meet operational and management staffing requirements.
  • Leverage industry contacts to conduct timely and effective hiring.
  • Oversee HR systems (HR Stop or similar) for employee data, attendance, and performance tracking.
  • Manage statutory compliance, including EPF, and coordinate related employee needs.
  • Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management initiatives.
  • Partner with management to develop HR policies and ensure consistent implementation across departments.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum

    4 years’ experience

    in HR within the

    hospitality industry

    .
  • Strong network of contacts for recruitment across hospitality functions.
  • Proficiency in HR tools such as

    HR Stop

    or equivalent platforms.
  • Knowledge of

    EPF

    processes and statutory compliance in India.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
