Job Description

You will be responsible for recruiting new talent for our rapidly growing organization by screening resumes, leading meetings, and collaborating with headhunters. Your key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with headhunters to hire and retain top talent - Screening resumes and job applications - Helping to structure job descriptions - Assisting Hiring Managers with interviews - Coordinating with management and corporate recruiters - Being active on job boards and social media to find qualified candidates - Conducting post-employment surveys - Staying up to date with HR knowledge To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field - Excellent knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases - Experience in recruitment planning and strategies - Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, and policies - Familiarity with sourcing techniques - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Proficiency in MS Office - Exceptional record-keeping and time management skills - Strong oral and written communication skills Please note that this is a full-time or internship position with a contract length of 3 months.
