Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Help manage employee records and maintain accurate databases
• Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
• Coordinate and support internal employee engagement activities
• Contribute to drafting HR communications, letters, and documentation
• Help in organizing training sessions and feedback collection
• Support the team in HR operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards

Eligibility:

• Recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Availability to work from home for the first 2–3 months, then transition to the Coimbatore office if required.
