𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:

As an HR Virtual Intern at GAO Group, you will support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management using AI-driven tools. Working with a global team, you will assist in hiring for diverse markets and gain hands-on experience in modern, tech-enabled HR practices.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Recruit and source candidates via job boards, social media, and headhunting

• Post job openings on recruitment platforms and university portals

• Screen resumes and applications

• Schedule and conduct interviews for various positions

• Manage communication with applicants via email and LinkedIn

• Engage in AI-driven HR tasks such as data processing, system updates, and AI-based recruitment support

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Currently studying or graduated with a degree in HR, Journalism, Business, Arts, or other programs with strong English language training

• Strong English communication skills (preference for candidates fluent in Chinese to support recruitment in Chinese-speaking markets)

• Eagerness to learn, hard-working, and committed to productivity

• Strong interest in HR and desire to build a career in this field
