Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and report generation.
• Assist in organizing employee events and activities.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A keen interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn.
