Role Description:

Human Resources Intern

You'll assist in recruitment, onboarding, HR policy implementation, and employee engagement while learning directly from industry professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR team in

    recruitment

    sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain

    employee records

    and assist with onboarding new team members.
  • Help create and implement

    HR policies and documentation.

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities

    and internal communication.
  • Assist with

    performance tracking

    and feedback processes.
  • Provide administrative support for various

    HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong interest and understanding of HR management and employee relations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal

    skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable using tools like

    Google Workspace, Excel, or HR software.

  • Ability to work independently

    and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
