Role Description: We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team in a remote (work from home) capacity. This is an unpaid internship ideal for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in HR processes within a dynamic marketing agency. You'll assist in recruitment, onboarding, HR policy implementation, and employee engagement while learning directly from industry professionals. Responsibilities: Support the HR team in recruitment sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding new team members. Help create and implement HR policies and documentation. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication. Assist with performance tracking and feedback processes. Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives. Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interest and understanding of HR management and employee relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Excel, or HR software. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
