Role Overview:

HR Intern


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:

    Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Onboarding Process:

    Help facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
  • HR Administration:

    Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and handle any administrative tasks as required.
  • Employee Engagement:

    Support the HR team in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Policy and Compliance:

    Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Payroll and Attendance:

    Work alongside the HR team to assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll preparation.
  • Training and Development:

    Help coordinate training programs and learning initiatives for the employees.
  • HR Projects:

    Contribute to HR-related projects as needed, including research, strategy, and execution of HR best practices.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

    Human Resource Management

    ,

    Business Administration

    , or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Prior internship or coursework related to HR is a plus but not mandatory.
