Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Dehradun for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting in recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and handling employee onboarding. The role also includes maintaining employee records, assisting in the development of HR policies, and supporting various HR functions.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Interviewing, and Onboarding skills
• Experience in maintaining employee records and developing HR policies
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with HR software and MS Office applications
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
