The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, possess strong communication skills, and have hands-on experience through prior internships. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on real-time projects, lead generation, and client conversions while gaining valuable insights into market research and strategic marketing. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities Generate and qualify leads through various channels including online research, social media, and outbound communication Engage with potential clients through calls and follow-ups, pitch our products/services confidently, and convert leads into paying customers Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies for branding, product/service promotions, and digital campaigns Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content, presentations, and promotional materials Maintain and update the CRM system with lead and client information Requirements: 2-3 previous internships in marketing or a related field Strong understanding of market research methodologies Confidence in client communication, especially cold calling and lead conversion Basic knowledge of marketing concepts, including digital marketing, content marketing, and branding Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred Qualifications: Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and social media marketing Apply through the given form: https://careers.webarclight.com/job-apply-form/ Show more Show less
