Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews. Support data management by maintaining accurate HR records and databases. Utilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for creating documents, reports, and presentations. Help with employee onboarding processes, including preparing orientation materials and documentation. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
