Human Resources Intern

• Position: HR Intern

• Duration: 3 Months (3–4 hours per day, Unpaid)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR functions, recruitment processes, communication skills, and documentation.

You will work on real HR tasks, assist in recruitment, manage intern records, coordinate with departments, and support various HR operations.

This internship provides excellent practical exposure and helps build strong professional HR skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process
• (posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews)
• Maintain intern/employee records and documentation
• Help in onboarding and orientation activities
• Coordinate with different departments for updates
• Assist in attendance tracking and performance monitoring
• Support HR in creating reports and maintaining databases
• Communicate with candidates and follow up on hiring stages
• Help improve HR processes and maintain file organization
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of HR concepts
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate and multitask
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Professional email writing skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Time management and organizational skills
