HR Intern

We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a two-month unpaid program. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in various HR functions within a supportive and hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with resume screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems for recruitment.
• Support the preparation of new hire paperwork and orientation materials for onboarding.
• Help with data entry, file organization, and maintaining HR records for administration.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Participate in various HR projects as needed, which may include research or training material creation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
