Job Description: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Ajmer

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000

Job Purpose

The Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate projects. The position involves prospecting potential buyers, nurturing client relationships, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring seamless closure of sales, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

·       Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.

·       Meet potential clients, understand their property requirements, and suggest suitable options.

·       Conduct project presentations, virtual/physical tours, and site visits.

·       Maintain strong follow-ups with clients for conversion.

·       Negotiate terms and assist in deal closures in coordination with the Sales Manager.

·       Maintain accurate sales records, client database, and weekly reporting.

·       Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

·       Collaborate with the Marketing team to align campaigns with sales efforts.

·       Stay updated with competitor offerings, market trends, and pricing strategies.

.      Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

·       Monthly/Quarterly Sales Target Achievement

·       Number of Site Visits & Client Meetings Conducted

·       Conversion Ratio (Leads → Closures)

·       Customer Satisfaction & Retention

·       Timely Reporting & CRM Data Accuracy

Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in real estate or sales (freshers with excellent communication may be considered).
  • Strong track record in lead generation, relationship management, and converting sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
