Job description HR Intern We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a two-month unpaid program. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in various HR functions within a supportive and hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with resume screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems for recruitment. Support the preparation of new hire paperwork and orientation materials for onboarding. Help with data entry, file organization, and maintaining HR records for administration. Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Participate in various HR projects as needed, which may include research or training material creation. Qualifications Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
