Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in HR management, implementing HR policies, supporting employee benefits administration, and managing personnel. The intern will also support day-to-day HR operations and work on various projects under the HR department. This position is remote.

  • We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns (Freshers) to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, allowing candidates to gain valuable insights into recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Maintain HR records, databases, and employee files.
  • Help with employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation.
  • Support payroll and compliance-related tasks.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.
  • Requirements:
  • 1. Freshers or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3. Basic knowledge of HR functions and policies is a plus.
  • 4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • 5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
