Location: A-44/1, IGNOU Road, Z More, Neb Valley, Sainik Farms, Delhi – 110068

Type: Full-time Internship (On-site)

Duration: 3–4 Months

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team at Nook N Corners (Deconook N Corners Pvt. Ltd.), a luxury decor brand at the intersection of art, architecture, and decor. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work across the HR function with a primary focus on recruitment and hands-on exposure to core HR processes in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment coordination: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
• Assisting with onboarding and documentation for new hires
• Supporting the setup and implementation of HR policies and documentation
• Maintaining candidate and employee records in Google Sheets and ATS platforms
• Liaising with candidates, employees, and vendors as part of daily HR operations
• Coordinating with internal teams for role-based hiring needs
• Contributing to a collaborative, artistic, and structured work culture

Who You Are

• HR/Management students, Psychology students, or HR enthusiasts passionate about building a people-first workplace
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and familiar with ATS platforms
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
• Prior HR internship experience is preferred, but motivated freshers are welcome
