Key Responsibilities:

• Support

  end-to-end recruitment

  processes including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

• Coordinate interviews

  with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and

  update candidate databases

  and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Provide administrative support for various HR initiatives as required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication

  and interpersonal skills.

• Previous internship experience is a plus.

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

• Ability to multitask

  and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
