Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment and on-boarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Contribute to internal communications related to HR policies, events, and announcements.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, events, and recognition programs.
• Participate in HR projects, such as process improvements, policy updates, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional aptitude with the attitude to learn skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic about learning and genuinely interested in building a career in human resources.
