Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist with candidate screening and interview scheduling.

Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.

Help coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.

Support data entry, HR reports, and compliance checks.


Requirements:

Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willingness to learn new concepts and work on HR data.

Good attention to detail with Effective communication skills.


5 days in- Office Job in Gurugram. Stipend Available.
