About the Role – HR Intern (Generalist Profile)

HR Intern

recruitment and onboarding to payroll coordination, company policy structuring, and employee engagement

Key Responsibilities

Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
– sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Support in
maintaining employee records, attendance, and payroll-related data.
Contribute to
drafting and implementing HR policies and internal procedures.
Assist in
performance evaluation processes
and employee feedback collection.
Participate in
employee engagement initiatives
to foster a positive work culture.
Help maintain
compliance documents
and coordinate with other departments.
Prepare
HR reports, databases, and documentation
as required.

Who Can Apply

Students or recent graduates in
Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in
MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools.
Strong willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic startup setup.
