Provide comprehensive technical support for both new and legacy electromechanical products offered by Sloan India, ensuring efficient troubleshooting, maintenance guidance, and seamless integration across various customer applications.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sourcing support for power supplies and electrical components
Responsible for testing/troubleshooting electromechanical assemblies to resolve quality and production issues
Test parts, units, and PCB assemblies, Sensor Technology
Provide technical support to R&D efforts in verification
Create reports; organize and retain test data and records of test data and test samples
Provide support to Engineering in process improvement
Cycle testing set up and monitoring

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent degree
At least 3-4 years electronics industry experience
Ability to multitask
Proficient in the use of current test equipment; i.e. oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, Signal generators, and meters
Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontrollers
Ability to work on PCBA testing and debugging

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Have working knowledge of plumbing systems and electrical wiring
Able to read assembly drawings
Proficient in Office applications, i.e. Word and Excel.
SAP system knowledge
Communication skills and international collaboration experience
Hands-on (soldering) ability
Manipulate PLCs, support and edit test stand code
