Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management activities. Responsibilities include aiding in recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping, as well as ensuring compliance with HR practices. The role provides hands-on experience in HR management and an opportunity to contribute to the foundation's positive impact.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
  • Understanding of HR Policies and compliance requirements
  • Experience or interest in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Duration: 6 Months


Note: It is an unpaid internship. No Stipend will be provided during the tenure of the internship.
