Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. Tasks may include coordinating recruitment activities, facilitating onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with general HR administrative duties. Qualifications Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits Skills in Personnel Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and remotely Interest in nonprofit sector and social welfare initiatives is a plus Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Perks and benefits Internship completion certificate LOR And LOA performance based Note : it's unpaid internships no stipend will be provided.
