ROLE OVERVIEW

Sales / BDE Intern

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in identifying potential clients through research, referrals, and inbound leads
• Support the team in managing client communications (WhatsApp, calls, emails)
• Participate in client meetings (virtual or in-person) alongside senior team members
• Maintain lead databases, follow-up trackers, and CRM entries (Excel, Meta, etc.)
• Prepare and update sales presentations, client proposals, and product decks
• Coordinate internally with design and production teams to gather project information
• Stay updated on luxury home décor trends and client preferences
• Help create reports on sales performance and lead conversion metrics

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate or pursuing final year (preferred: Business, Marketing, Design, Architecture)
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Passion for art, design, architecture, or luxury lifestyle products
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and comfortable in a client-facing role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Suite, email etiquette
• Willingness to be on-site full-time and assist with occasional client visits or setups
