Role Summary

Are you ready to step into the dynamic world of Human Resources? As an HR Intern at Cook N Klean, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experience, and contributing to key HR projects. Success in this role means excelling in candidate sourcing, coordination, and delivering high-quality outcomes that align with our organizational goals. This role will help drive a streamlined recruitment process while providing you with hands-on exposure to real-world HR challenges.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to match job requirements.

Draft, publish, and update job descriptions.

Coordinate interview scheduling and manage communications with candidates.

Support onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters and documentation.

Maintain and organize applicant records using spreadsheets or HR tools.

Join weekly HR training sessions to stay updated on industry trends.

Contribute to presentations on HR trends and complete assigned projects.

Timely completion of assigned tasks with attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration with team members.

A positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Growth in your HR knowledge and professional skills through active participation in training sessions.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Familiarity with social media platforms for sourcing and networking.

A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
