Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support our Human Resources department. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, particularly in recruitment and employee onboarding. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, a keen willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Immediate availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team in the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth interview processes.
• Support the new employee onboarding process, including documentation
• Learn to manage and maintain HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help with administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and scheduling.
• Learn to prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics as required.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and relevant labor laws.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in HR or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Immediate availability to start the internship.

Duration and Training:
