Human Resources Intern

As an HR Intern in New Delhi, you will have the opportunity to be part of our team and assist the Human Resources department. This internship focuses on providing hands-on experience in HR operations, specifically in recruitment and employee onboarding. We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual with strong communication and organizational skills. Your responsibilities will include assisting the HR team in the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers for interviews, supporting new employee onboarding, managing HR databases with accuracy, and confidentiality, handling administrative tasks such as filing and document preparation. You will also learn to prepare HR reports, stay updated on best practices and labor laws, and provide general administrative support to the HR team. To qualify for this role, you should be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous internship experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are required. Immediate availability to start the internship is essential.
