Job Role - HRIS Specialist

Job Location - India (Remote)

Job Description -

We have some exciting growth plans ahead and are looking for the right person to fill this important role.

As an HRIS Specialist, you will be a key member of both the IT and HR teams, utilising your unique set of skills and experience to deliver quality outcomes for both groups.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use your continuous improvement mindset to ensure our systems are being utilized effectively and efficiently.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that will streamline and automate (new) HR processes.
  • Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirements.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert and system admin for our HRIS/HCM systems & apps (HRIS / ATS Systems: ZOHO People, ZOHO Recruit, Culture Amp).
  • Ensure security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms
  • Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the systems.
  • Create user documentation and procedures and provide training as required on the various systems
  • Create reports to ensure the HR and other teams continuously take a data-driven approach to new initiatives.
  • Vendor management, RFP creation, software contracts review, purchase requests/new vendor agreements.

Requirements

Requirements

  • College diploma or higher degree (Computer Science, Administration, Human resources or any related field)
  • A growth mindset and obsession with continuous improvement - status quo is not something people would describe you as.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical thinking skills
  • 5+ years of working experience as an analyst, system admin or similar type of position
  • Previous relevant experience with HRIS/ HCM systems and apps
  • You have Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with HRIS, HCM, and HRMS systems.
  • Previous experience with software implementations or migration projects.
  • You have the ability to work across various departments including IT, HR and others.
