We are currently in need of a highly skilled HRIS Manager to optimize the performance of our HR technologies. The HRIS Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our HR systems, analyzing data, and providing recommendations based on performance metrics. The ideal candidate will be tasked with designing new HRIS processes and ensuring the secure storage and efficient recording of HR metrics. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with HR managers and other departments to assess HRIS requirements. - Analyze HRIS performance metrics, address application issues, and initiate automation projects. - Document processes, identify HR-related issues, and generate data analysis reports. - Conduct application upgrades, deliver training, and offer technical support. - Develop and implement new processes and systems to streamline HR management. - Proficient in various integrations like API, SQL, and Middleware. - Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and conduct diagnostic tests. - Perform statistical analysis on collected HRIS data and execute queries. - Ensure the secure storage and efficient recording of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data, with expertise in yearend audits and reconciliation. - Stay abreast of technological advancements and trends in the HRIS field. - Possess stakeholder management skills, Project Management experience, and familiarity with Data Migration, implementation, and integration. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst in a dynamic organization. - Strong ability to gather, interpret data, and enhance HRIS processes. - Capable of collaborating, providing technical support, and training staff. - Extensive expertise in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics. - Advanced proficiency in database management, security, and running SQL queries. - Proficient in HRM software such as Rippling. - Proficiency in Google Excel is essential. - Experience in documenting processes, conducting diagnostic tests, and audits. - Ability to keep pace with technical innovations and HRIS Analysis trends. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Availability to work night hours from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM India time. - Must have a dedicated home office with reliable internet connection and laptop.
