Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, HRIS updates, payroll coordination, leave, and attendance management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with company objectives and legal standards. Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances, handling conflict resolution, and supporting disciplinary actions. Lead the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding of candidates. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning to ensure timely and quality hiring. Maintain recruitment databases and HR systems for accurate reporting and candidate tracking. Coordinate and manage performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies. Monitor and improve HR operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
