Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
  

Drive the full recruitment cycle – job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and final onboarding.
Leverage job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.) and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical and final rounds.

• Onboarding & Induction
  

Manage smooth onboarding processes via Keka HR.
Conduct engaging induction programs to ensure new employees adapt seamlessly.

• HR Operations & Compliance
  

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure statutory compliance with labor laws.
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave administration through Keka HR.Draft and implement HR policies, guidelines, and SOPs to streamline operations.

• Performance Management & Employee Engagement
  

Implement performance appraisal systems and support managers in goal setting.
Design and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.Address employee grievances with professionalism, ensuring fairness and compliance.

• Training & Development
  

Assess training needs and coordinate development programs to upskill employees.
Partner with department heads to build learning roadmaps for teams.

• Strategic HR & Culture Building
  

Provide HR analytics and insights to management for informed decision-making.
